Where is my order?

We aim to deliver standard orders to mainland UK within 5 working days. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full details of all delivery timescales.

On dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Order Cancellation
We are able to easily cancel and refund orders, providing it has not been prepared already for dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

Change of Delivery Address
We are able to change the delivery address for an order on your behalf, providing the order has not been prepared for dispatch. Please contact us if you wish to amend the delivery address for your order.

Adding/Removing Items from an Order
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed. However, we are able to refund shipping so it is possible to add items by placing another order, then requesting by email the removal of delivery costs.

Where can I purchase seconds and/or discontinued items?

Most of our seconds and discontinued items can be purchased on the website periodically (about 3 times a year) when we hold sales online. Please sign up to our newsletter via the homepage to hear about our next one. You can also visit us here via a pre arranged studio visit. Please email mail@juliadavey.com to arrange.
 

How should I care for my china?

All of our pottery is dishwasher safe. When using a dishwasher, we suggest you use a lower temperature setting and liquid detergent to maintain the pristine appearance of the product. Over time the gold and silver lustre highlights on our products may lose their shine through the abrasive nature of a dishwasher.

Can I sell Julia Davey products in my shop?
